General terms of use and purchase on Website

This text defines the basic rules that will be followed by KORA Studio Company and the Customer to ensure successful completion of sales transactions through Web store on the Website
The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of use and purchase depending on the change in the offer of its services and (or) applicable legal regulations. The Customer is obliged to check the information regarding the business terms and terms of purchase on the Website prior to each purchase. By using the site, the Customer agrees to the General terms of use and purchase, which is confirmed by the purchase. Every order/purchase of goods made through a web store is binding upon the Seller and the Customer at the same time, and cannot be canceled or changed without the prior agreement of both parties. The Seller is obliged, upon receipt of the order, to send an E-mail to the Customer with an order confirmation. When taking over goods, the Customer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods. If there are visible damages on the package in the form of torn parts or dents, the Customer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of courier. If it is established on that occasion that the products are damaged, a claim report shall be made. For all disputes between the Seller and the Customer which cannot be settled by mutual agreement and in the spirit of good cooperation, the Court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.

Customer information is considered confidential and shall not be transferred to third parties.

Delivery and Payment

KORA Studio products ordered/purchased via the online store can be paid using PayPal. Bearing in mind that all KORA products are hand-made, the time required for their production is about 1 to 7 working days, with possible deviations from the stated deadline. The Seller undertakes to notify the Customer as soon as the ordered/purchased product has been made, and to send the goods within 24 hours as of the date of production. Delivery is made through PostExpress courier service of the Post of Serbia. The shipment of products abroad is done by means of postal service for international consignments – PostExport of the Post of Serbia. Delivery is made within 10 business days as from the date of consignment dispatch for the territory of Europe, or 15-20 business days for other parts of the world. Customer will be provided with the tracking number, so he can “track and trace” his order anytime he likes. For tracking, please follow the LINK. Should the Customer desire the goods to be delivered to him otherwise (by personal takeover or by using another courier service), it is necessary to inform the Seller via E-mail. From the moment of taking over of the shipment by the courier service, full responsibility is assumed by the delivery service, and the Seller shall be exempt from liability related to possible delayed shipments, the time of shipment delivery and damage to shipments occurred during transport.

The Seller shall not be liable for any fees that may arise as a result of customs and tax regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs and tax regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering.

Return Policy

Pursuant to the applicable Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62/2014 and 6/2016), please be informed on the following: 
The Customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason thereof within 14 days as of the date of taking over of the goods, unless ordered and received goods were made according to the specific requirements of the Customer, custom-made or personalized. The Customer shall be entitled to this right by sending the Statement of withdrawal from a Distance Contract to E-mail address and by returning the goods to the Seller’s address. The Seller shall be obliged to inform the Customer without delay of the receipt of this Statement. The Customer must return the product unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, accompanied by the form “Statement of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract”. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, except in cases when the product received does not correspond to what the Customer ordered or there are defects on the goods for which the Seller is responsible. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the returned product if it is found during the inspection that it was used or damaged by the Customer. Upon acceptance and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller shall be obliged to refund all payments received from the Customer for purchasing the products.
